This is Fukui's second album, recorded about a year after "Scenery." His delicate yet emotional playing is still as vibrant as ever, but on this album it's even more powerful, and the world he paints is more clearly defined and three-dimensional. His performances include the heart-warming, sweet and melancholic "Mellow Dream" and the dynamic and fast-paced "Horizon." Furthermore, while the previous album only featured one original song, this album now features three, allowing us to enjoy Fukui's musical talent even more. Considering its maturity and richness of content, this album can be said to be a masterpiece that surpasses his first album. Sadly, Fukui Ryo passed away in 2016. We are deeply grateful for the "comfortable dreams" he showed us.
