Hikaru Utada's greatest hits album is reissued in vinyl format. Contains 26 songs selected by herself. Includes three newly recorded songs for this album and ten songs in new mix versions. In addition, this album contains "Naniiro demo Nai Hana" as well as a new song "Electricity." Cutting was done by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studio in London.

1998年12月9日リリースのシングル「Automatic / time will tell」でデビュー以来、常に革新性と大衆性を兼ね備えたポップスをクリエイトし続けてきた宇多田ヒカル。25年間に制作された全作品から、アーティスト自身がセレクトした初のオールタイムベストアルバムのアナログ盤。
26曲の収録曲のうち3曲はこのアルバムのために新たにレコーディングし直され、10曲は新たなミックスバージョンで収録。また2024年にリリースされた「何色でもない花」、「Electricity」も収録。25年間のキャリアを支えてくれたファンへの感謝と、常に自身の創造性をアップデートし続ける宇多田ヒカルのアーティスト性を浮かび上がらせた、まさに25年を経なければ創り得なかったアルバムです。なお、アナログ盤はロンドンのアビーロードスタジオのMiles Showell氏によるハーフスピードカッティングにより、CDとは違った音像をお楽しみいただけます。
