Description
To celebrate Thom Yorke's Japan tour in 2024, Radiohead's and his classic albums will be released all at once on LP with Japanese obi strips!
Hail To The Thief is Radiohead's sixth album, released in 2003, and is a culmination of their return to guitar rock after the electronic approaches they developed on "KID A" and "Amnesiac." Following the September 11, 2001, attacks on the planet, the rise of nationalistic incitement and government manipulation of information under the guise of the War on Terror led to a sense of skepticism and anger over the situation. Based on three demo albums, Yorke prepared this album, which he completed in a very conventional recording process with his band. Yorke has described the process as "the most stress-free recording I've ever done." The album features 14 tracks, including "2+2=5," "Goto Sleep," and "There There."
