Double LP pressed on beige colored vinyl
No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200, and the best-selling album of 2020!
Taylor Swift's album folklore was a suprise 2020 release by one of the world's biggest pop stars. Charts be damned, says Entertainment Weekly, "she forges her own path and dares listeners to come along for the ride." Uncut praised the album similarly, saying Swift is "more than just a gleaming pop phenomenon, but a remarkable songwriter too."
Three of folklore's tracks reached the Top 10 of the official charts in eight countries, namely "Cardigan," "The 1" and "Exile," the first of which is the album's lead single and marked Swift's sixth number-one song on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The album reached No. 1 in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and various others. It was Swift's seventh consecutive No. 1 album on the U.S. Billboard 200, where it topped for eight weeks and became the best-selling album of 2020.
"I wrote and recorded this music in isolation but got to collaborate with some musical heroes of mine: Aaron Dessner, Bon Iver, William Bowery and Jack Antonoff." — Taylor Swift
